  The following action points were agreed at the meeting:

Each transfer partner (Austria, Portugal and Sweden) to write a report on the beta testing phase. This should take the form of a summary of feedback. At, Pt, Se
Send remaining English text on website to partners for translation to national languages DE (CXL)
All partners to prepare a dissemination plan for the second year of the project All
Add an extra facility to the C Xtra EU tool to allow those taking the questionnaire to add extra information they feel is important about themselves CXL
CXL to confirm to partners that the web database of students questionnaires is secure and that only students and their tutors are able to read a students information. CXL also to look at adding a facility for students to indicate that only they can see their own information directly CXL
CXL to investigate the costs for making a publicity DVD for the project CXL
All partners to send copies of all receipts and 4th finance report to Careers Europe at the beginning of October to allow Careers Europe to compile the finance report All
